Purchased because of a family member's age. Brings peace of mind if needed that I can have the cost of the trip reimbursed, if necessary. I also liked the emergency evacuation feature. Didn't use either, thank God.

Luckily I did not have to file a claim. I purchased the insurance for peace of mind. I also purchased the Cancel for any Reason option, just in case I need to cancel the trip due to unforeseen family/work event and still would be able to get most of my money back.

I thought the value of coverage to cost was great, although we didn't need to use it. Actually before our trip we took advantage of the concierge service which was a nice service.
