No claim was submitted because no problems were encountered so we don't know how they are on claims--the true test of an insurance company. That said, they provided the best coverage for the money and offered everything we needed.

I was concerned about the negative reviews posted regarding claim service. I did not have a claim, so I cannot share my experience. My ratings concern only what I think I purchased. Until a claim is filed, one doesn't know what services were purchased. The purchase did provide "peace of mind" for me and my family.
