Joan would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
Difficult to judge an insurance company unless one sees how easy it is to file a claim and not get the run-around.
Luckily I did not have to file a claim.

It was a bit confusing figuring out which pieces of paper I needed to print to bring with me on the trip.

One thing that should be noted is that we chose this plan because it had car rental insurance that was not necessary as Hertz in South Africa includes an amount in the daily rental for insurance with no option to exclude their insurance. Fortunately it was not necessary but still annoying to pay double!

We really can not say anything about the insurance, for we had no Issue's going or coming or even there where we went. the rate was more than fair compared to the others that are out there.
