Unfortunately the car rental company(Thrifty UK) didn't accept the car rental part of the policy but that is no fault of CSA.

The cost of the plan was very reasonable and covered everything I wanted it to. I don't know if the plan is any good or not because I didn't file a claim luckily, but I would definitely use it in the future for all other trips.

Difficult to judge an insurance company unless one sees how easy it is to file a claim and not get the run-around.
Luckily I did not have to file a claim.

It was a bit confusing figuring out which pieces of paper I needed to print to bring with me on the trip.
