Edward would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
There was a delay in reimbursement on my medical claim. I needed an EOB from my Medicare Advantage Plan saying they wouldn't cover my medical expenses outside the US. Most US medical insurance plans don't cover medical expenses outside the US.
This is a minor point but they sent me two checks each covering half the claim amount: one to me who had the claim & the other to my wife. One check with both names on it would have been less confusing than two checks.

This insurance plan seemed a good purchase. Though, to be honest, it's hard to gauge the true value of the plan until a claim is made and one has the chance to see how the company responds. Thankfully, I had no need to make any claim, as I was able to make the trip without any problem. I would use InsureMyTrip again.

Plan met my needs and relieved anxiety. I appreciated the website capability to compare plans and coverage. Very clear and understandable. I should have researched and purchased as soon as I made deposit in order to meet restrictions for any cancellation. Did not have to file a claim.
