robert would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
The plan has too many caveats and exclusions. We have used this firm for previous trips and vacations. Unfortunately the contract is written to exclude missed scheduled tours when the time to be cleared through customs and immigrations into UAE is longer than they consider acceptable. The air carrier landed on time. It was 45 minutes before economy passengers were deplaned. Luggage claim and immigrations required 2 hours. The contract excludes any missed tours unless the air carrier is 3 hours late.

While in Germany, I booked additional travel. There seemed to be no way to add it to my policy. An upgrade-after-departure feature would be good

The price was cheaper than i found and the amount of coverage exceeded what i was looking for.. Agent was knowledgeable and friendly .. I'm just glad i didn't have to use it.. Thank you.. Hope my next trip that ive already insured thru you , goes this well.. Thank you again..
