Because we did not have to actually use the insurance (and we are very glad we didn't), we are, of course, most pleased with the company. Also, it was a NEW company on InsureMyTrip; and there were no reviews of it prior to our trip so we worried about our selection . . . . . but, we knew we would not select this other, different, company because they did NOT deliver when we had a claim.

I was satisfied with the basic part of the plan but was very confused during signup. What I wanted was coverage for the cruise portion of my trip only. It appeared that in order to get cruise coverage I had to include the cost of the air fare as well. From what my travel agent told me that was not the case. I was never a hundred percent sure that I would have coverage if I had a problem with my cruise since my air fare was not included.

Did not have any need to file a claim (thank God!) since everything went well and we did not incur any need for such. However, in comparison to other plans, the one we chose seemed to adequately include/cover all of our basic concerns should something have gone wrong .
