Elaine would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
Fortunately, I had no need to file a claim for this particular trip although I had filed a claim in the past which was handled easily and efficiently. When I compared other policies that were more expensive, I found CSA was better value and I will continue to use them for future trips.

The best thing was the peace of mind I had knowing that I had coverage in case of emergencies. Madagascar is an amazing place, but one needs an open mind, patience, and flexibility. There were situations when flights were changed at (seemingly) the last minute, or luggage was still in Paris and not in Tana, or there was the possibility of sliding down a slippery trail while trying to see lemurs. I never worried about such things because I had trip insurance - so I was able to enjoy the fascinating island of Madagascar. So good value and peace of mind -- who could ask for more?
