Easy to use, very affordable. Although I did not need to file a claim, it gave me peace of mind throughout my trip, especially when the weather was threatening on the return trip!

I traveled to Vail in February without a problem. My sister was on another flight and her flight was cancelled and rescheduled the next day. She was stuck in Dallas and had to pay for a motel stay and associated expenses related to the cancellation. I also like the peace of mind of the medical coverage for things my health insurance would not pay for such as travel back.

I thought the insurance was reasonably priced. Thankfully I did not need to use it and we enjoyed our trip! Cannot review on how the policy worked out b/c we did not need to use it. But would purchase this again from other reviews I read.

The process of naming a beneficiary was complex and burdensome and I never received the promised paperwork from AMEX. It should have been included in the application process...I cannot fathom why this is so difficult.
