I think the plan is great although thankfully did not need to use it. I travel a lot internationally and will use it again and again. In fact I am going to Europe for a month this summer and have already purchased another plan. Great plan, great price!

We were only interested in the medical insurance, and the value for the piece-of-mind was excellent as we did not need to exercise the policy as we had no medical need but you never know so we bought it.

We have used this company before on a previous trip to the Dominican Republic. I liked the fact that we got some ID cards that we could print & carry with us so that if anything happened, we had proof with us (without bulky paperwork) that we had insurance. We didn't need it, but it was nice to know we had it in case of emergency.
