policy was unused. No real idea if if it would have worked if needed, or if it was even there. The purchase of the policy was quick, easy, add documentation was delivered when and where it was promised. Sales/Customer service was polite, and helpful. In general, I'm pleased. (This is kind of like asking what I think of a spare tire that's never been out of the trunk)

Alexandra would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
Used this company in 2010, returned in 2011 for the same reason, they work very quick and their policy is cheap (I use 30 days in Europe for less than $30, that coves most of the emergencies). Thanks, God, never had to see how they work if the emergency happens. I like the fact that I can get this insurance over the phone in 5 minutes, that's comfortable for me.
