Very easy to set up and purchase. Very good customer service and reasonable pricing. I purchased insurance for my trip because the country I was traveling to needed very specific language describing my medical insurance coverage. Although I am covered up to an unlimited maximum by my current employer/insurance company, the consulate was unsatisfied with the language in my insurance company's letter. Using this service was a quick, convenient, and affordable alternative.

The whole process from getting a quote to buying the policy was quick. The insurance agent was very knowledgeable. The confirmation email specified all the details clearly - coverage, contacts, etc.

Because of my need for a temporary work visa for a trip to Austria, I was required to get unfamiliar forms of insurance. My employer couldn't help, my insurance company was clueless, various Embassies were not useful. In trying to satisfy the requirements with my own plan, I noticed the "Travel Visa Plus" plan. Turns out, that is exactly what the Embassy was looking for. Rather painless, if you know where to look.

Glad we didn't have to use it! I could see the wisdom of buying travel insurance as I watched the experiences of others on our trips who did not and then had problems with flights and delays. It was also evident as we toured that physical safety was an issue we all had to deal with with much walking on uneven ground, riding camels or other animals, etc.
