I have been traveling Internationally for more than 30 years and used travel insurance many times. This is the first claim I have ever filed, due to a family member being place in hospice. I was very displeased with the claims process. I was given bad info twice on the claim when I was trying to dot every "I" and cross every "T" to make sure the claim was processed promptly. As a result the process was bogged down and payment held up, Kudos to InsureMyTrip as they have advocates on staff and the advocate got this in gear for payment.
