Since I did not have a claim on the plan, I can't really evaluate how good "it would have been". The people I talked to on the phone were knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. I had confidence traveling with the protection provided. Since I am 71, I was asked to get my physician to certify that I was able to travel on the day that I purchased the insurance. I did that but it was inconvenient to get an appointment, have them enter a letter in my files and purchase the insurance on the same day. Is that really necessary? Couldn't you specify some window between the purchase time and physician's certification? That is my only complaint.
