CSA Travel Protection Custom Luxe
After getting an email advising me that a flight was cancelled I attempted to call the airline to find nobody spoke English or could help me, I had the hotel staff call back and try to translate for me and all I got out of it was that a flight (that had been booked and paid for months ago) was cancelled for non payment!. A call to the US would have cost me $5 a minute and I knew it would not be a short call. I was ready to take a taxi to the airport to try and straighten it out in person. Then I remembered the travel insurance.I called collect to see if they had some advice or suggestions. They were amazing! The agent called and found out that somehow the airline I booked with contracted with the airline and had not gotten a code confirming the payment. He conferenced all the involved parties with me and got it resolved very quickly. I am so thankful for all the help and it saved me a great deal of stress, and frustration!
