Although the amt refunded was correct, it was definitely not processed promptly. It took over a month to obtain our refund and that was after having to call at least 4 times to follow up. We kept getting apologized to but nothing seemed to get accomplished although the employees stated to us several times you should have already received it by now. Then we received one check and a letter stating we obtained both checks. When I called again, they informed me that there in fact was an error and only one check had been sent and we had to wait again another week to receive the second one. So although I thought it was a decent price for the coverage and the refund amt was correct, the refund process was indeed exhausting with poor satisfaction.
