It took numerous telephone calls to their claims administrator Trip Mate, and a month's waiting time (after I filed all necessary paper-work) before I got reimbursed for an expense which I incurred after my airline canceled a connecting flight, and I had to hire a taxi to take my wife, and I, to the connecting airport. The claims department should be more responsive when it comes to customer contact, and turn-around time.
