Berkshire Hathaway Travel Protection ExactCare
Thank goodness I didn’t need to use it. That being said, when Puerto Rico has their earthquakes. Berkshire Hathaway reaches out via email to see all was well since we were “in the region”.

International Medical Group iTravelInsured SE
We did not file a claim during this trip, however, we did on our previous trip with IMG. We were on a 20 day cruise and my wife came down with a respiratory infection which required attention by the medical staff on board. The cost of the medical services on board were very high. IMG reimbursed the full cost of the medical bills within three weeks of our filing. We did have some assistance from the cruise staff but the filing was very smooth and the IMG staff were very helpful and understanding.

Medjet MedjetAssist Short Term
Easy to sign up for whatever plan one is interested in. Although we did not have to file a claim (a good thing) - it did give us peace of mind.

This John Hancock plan was reasonably priced but fully featured and with the most flexibility in adding the policy several weeks after making my reservation. So based on upfront experience (i.e. No claims to be filed) I highly recommend
