I always purchased plan from your company but this time my flight was delayed for 3 hours and with this plan we were not compensate at all even was no food voucher meaning not cover by you not cover by flight company.

We are pleased to see that you would continue to recommend the RoamRight Essential plan to your family and friends. However, the Travel Delay coverage provided under your policy would only "reimburse You for covered expenses on a one-time basis, up to the maximum shown on Your Confirmation of Benefits, if You are delayed en route to or from the Trip for twelve (12) or more hours due to a defined Hazard." Since you did indicate that your flight was delayed for only 3 hours, there would be no compensation for Travel Delay under this policy.Apr 28,2017-

As detailed in the description of coverage for the Essential plan, benefits for trip delay are triggered after a delay of 12 hours or more. As you indicated, your delay was only 3 hours.

Although it took some time to process my claim, I was notified every step of the way -- that my claim was received, that it was being processed, how much i would be reiumbursed (exactly what I claimed), and when the check would be sent to me. I would most certainly recommend April Travel Protection to any and all travelers.

I did not file a claim. So I do not know how smoothly that process would go. It was certainly reassuring knowing I had the policy if anything did happen. I will probably always purchase this plan when traveling abroad. The piece of mind was worth it.

Fortunately, we didn't have to make a claim but it was good to know that we had coverage in the event it was necessary. Purchasing was simple and straightforward and we would use CSA again in the future for similar travel needs.

Plan seemed to have everything I wanted. Documents outlining what was and was not covered were more clear than other insurers, but there was still room for improvement in the clarity of coverage documents.

Spoke to a representative who walked me through the best plan available for the money. Was a great experience no pressure to select a specific plan etc. Fortunately did not need to exercise the plan but knowing it was a available provided assurance that I could sleep well each night. Would use Insuremytrip again for our next adventure.
