FrontierMEDEX TravMed Choice Inbound
I purchased my travel insurance on 6/26/13 utilizing email fulfillment to "expedite" the process. However, despite repeated emails to customer service and assurances I would obtain the actual policy info from Medex "immediately" I did not receive the actual insurance documents and ID card from Medex until 7/3/13, a week later!
While I understand InsureMytrip is the facilitator in this matter, I simply fell through the cracks while waiting for documents I should have received immediately. Bottom line, there was no basis in this situation to be happy with the poor customer service I received.
