Since I did not have any claims I cannot really give a fully satisfied star review. The price for the policy appeared very competitive and reviews, even for those with claims, were good. The information detailing the policy appeared clear to me. For these reasons I would recommend anyone to consider this online site.

Nationwide Mutual Insurance Universal Cruise
We had planned a cruise with my aging parents. When it become clear my mom's health would prevent us from traveling, we submitted a claim with supporting documents. Customer Service was nice and pleasant to work with when we had a question. Within three weeks we had our refund!

Luckily, I had no need to use the coverage but your survey wouldn't let me complete until I filled in the stars. Suggestion might be to put in a NA star. I did appreciate the email before our trip reminding us of our coverage. It was helpful to have a reminder of what to bring with us for verification of coverage and how to use the coverage. Since it is an annual coverage, I will notify the company of any new travel plans. Thanks,
