Trip was cancelled due to illness in August, all documents submitted. The insurer claimed to have processed and sent reimbursement 9/13/13 via USPS(no tracking) When check did not arrive within 10 days, I was informed I would have to wait 30 more days before they would track the missing check. My guess is they never sent it. After making several phone calls to insurer, requesting new check be sent with tracking(at my expense) they refused stating company policy was USPS. I finally called InsureMyTrip and asked they advocate for me(which they did) and my payment was finally received Oct 29.. DO NOT TRUST INSURE ASSIST, dishonest
