When I compared the coverage to other plans, General Global Assist seemed like the best value for the money spent. Hard to judge how they would have handled claims, since Thank G-d we didn't have any issues.

thankfully I didn't need to use it so I have no idea how good it really is. It seemed somewhat pricey and would like to have more coverage for lost and delayed baggage, and missed connections.

Nationwide Mutual Insurance Luxury Cruise
Even thought I did not make any claims my attempts to contact your company to find out how to utilize the doctor on the ship were painful at best. Your phone numbers did not work and when I finally got through it was 30 minutes of Spanish Inquisition just to get another number to call. does not really make me enthusiastic about doing this again.
