I felt like this plan covered all possible concerns and emergencies that could arise. We don’t travel abroad without insurance. For us…if an accident occurs…we want to be treated in the USA.

Plan provided adequate care at a reasonable price. Had air problems @ beginning of trip and was disappointed there is NO phone support on weekends.

Had to make a trip delay claim. It took about 3 weeks to receive payment, but that isn’t excessive. The Nationwide website could be improved, but the process was fairly easy.

I chose my plan based on the reimbursements that would be available for cancellation; trip interruption; baggage loss and the medical, and more. I luckily did not have to file a claim but felt good about the level of coverage I would have.
