I covered just what I was after and the cost was decent. We were just protecting us in case of an unusual event happening preventing us from going or causing us to interrupt our trip mid way.

Fortunately, we did not have to use the insurance on our recent trip - which means all went well. We found the purchase process easy, the personnel helpful, the follow-up great. You can't ask for much more than that.

    Thank you for your feedback. Claims departments typically have normal business hours. There is a 24-hour emergency assistance line you could have dialed if this was an emergency.
