Signing up was fast and easy - I did it two days before my trip. When I returned I had received a package of paperwork on my coverage. Luckily I did not need to file any claims.

This trip to Peru went smoothly, so I didn't have to file a claim. The trip before this one didn't go smoothly- the airlines sent my luggage to Albania. I had to buy a few essentials for the trip, and the luggage was returned in 4 days. When I got back, CSA reimbursed me in a timely manner. So that's why I'm sticking with CSA.

When I first purchased the coverage, I wasn't aware of the limits that the tour company required. I contacted customer service to find out if we could get the limits changed. In just a few hours, I had added the extra coverage at a reasonable cost.

Luckily, I didn't have to use this insurance. I particularly liked the advance payment feature in case of hospitalization.

Fortunately we did not need this plan; but in the past CSA did a fine job with a claim we made. We have used other carriers found on InsureMyTrip and also had a good claim experience. Pricing is pretty competitive, and I am looking forward to checking your new medical policy.
