The customer service with this company was excellent. I had a claim. They were courteous and very prompt with responses. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is that they do not consider airport parking a necessary expense when your travel is delayed. I disagree. If I have a vehicle parked at an airport while I am traveling, and can't get back to it at the planned time, in other words - delayed, then, it is an extra expense that I would not have incurred if I had arrived at the airport as planned. In my opinion, my one day of extra parking should have been covered in the delayed coverage.

My mother had to file a claim with CSA and was completely satisfied. Inclement weather caused her flight to be cancelled, which was to connect to catch a cruise ship. We were reluctant to purchase the insurance, but was happy that we did, and with such a reasonable company. I will definitely use it in the future.

We shopped around for insurance to cover our Alaskan cruise and this was a far better policy and price than was offered by our travel agent. Having insurance gave us the comfort that if something did happen before or during our trip that a majority of the pre-paid cost would be covered.

Since we didn't have to use the plan, it's hard to say how good it is. We were afraid we would have to use it because of a family member and was glad we had it. I hope it would have covered our needs had we needed to cancel or cut our trip short.

In light of the fact that a Alaska Holland America Excursion on the same ship (Westerdam) we were on had excursion fatalities this is a good thing to have! We did not go on 'risky' excursions due to the risk but knew if there were any injuries or sickness while we were on the trip this would be very good! Thank you and Gratefully no incidents or sickness of any kind!
