My BIG concern is that I filled out an on line request for you folks to send me a copy of my policy, and I'm STILL waiting for your response. It wasn't the end of the world. Thankfully, other than a hold on one credit card, there were no other negative events.
We all have "bad hair days", but you guys really need to fix your response time on simple requests. You can't fix it if you don't know about it. So, I'm informing you. Thanks!

C&F Travel Insured International Worldwide Trip Protector Lite
My wife had her purse stolen with her new camera and some antiques which she had just purchased in it. We were reimbursed for just about the entire amount. We're highly satisfied with this company and would definitely recommend it.

AXA Assistance USA Silver
We did not file a claim. We did, however, need to change the departure date. It was quite a surprise when the form came back and stated our destination was Afghanistan rather than Germany! Evidently they forget to change the country in a drop down menu on the AXA computer. A call in Insure My Trip fixed that immediately.

I've used APRIL for all my travels. Had to file one claim under "Cancel for Any Reason". No problems or delays getting money back for claim. VERY IMPRESSED with service and being updated on claim status.

Global Alert! Preferred Plus
Though we haven't filed a claim and gone through that process we felt very much as ease having this comprehensive plan to protect our investment. The shopping for the plan and the great customer service on the phone are good reasons to buy here. Don't hesitate to use their service.
