Travel Insured Worldwide Trip Protector
We used Travel Insured for a previous trip when we ended up having a severe travel delay (two days thanks to the snowstorm in New York). Travel Insured was extremely easy to work with (by phone and email) and processed our claim very quickly, which is why we used them again for our latest trip. On this trip, I realized after we departed that I'd written the incorrect start date for the policy. I contacted Travel Insured by email and they responded almost immediately and changed the dates of my coverage and sent me an updated coverage plan. They were very courteous. I was very impressed and will use them as my insurance for future travel plans.

Having researched the web for comparisons and being a long time world traveler, I was excited by finding your company. It literally beat any prices and the coverage was far superior to any I found. CSA Travel Protection Custom
This was our 2nd time filing a claim with CSA due to having our Spirit Airlines flights cancelled. As with the 1st claim, this one was handled expeditiously and we had our check in hand for the full amount of our claim within 30 days.

They kept us informed of the status of our claim via email and we were able to provide the additional evidence requested via email.

We are completely satisfied and will continue to refer friends and family to CSA and purchase future travel insurance through them.

For our first overseas trip, I wanted a plan that was inclusive in coverage and modest in cost. The Allianz Global Assistance Basic was the answer. Thankfully, we did not have to use it, but it was good to know that we had the coverage.

I had a two-month cruise and wanted to be sure to have insurance. InsureAndGo's policy was very feature and price competitive.

I had a small on-board doctor medical bill. After my primary had paid it's part, InsureAndGo paid the balance promptly. It worked as advertised. I'm satisfied and will certainly consider using them again.

We have been buying travel insurance for years and this is the first time we needed to use it. My husband bought the insurance in April and then, totally out of the blue, had emergency open heart surgery on May 1st. Total shock. We had to cancel his trip. I filed a claim, but heard nothing back. I waited about a month. Finally, I called. I was told some pieces were missing. I did not feel as if the representative cared about me and actually I felt that he was hoping I wouldn't do the right things so maybe the claim could be denied. It was an airline ticket only that we were claiming. The rest of the money was returned by the tour company. After I asked him to please help me with all of this, he did not do so. I finally asked to be transferred to another person which was dicey, but they did it. Eventually, we received reimbursement for the airline ticket.
