The Pet Bundle is an optional upgrade available for purchase with our Preferred and Deluxe plans. Unfortunately these plans are not available in NY yet, but hopefully they will be soon! I didn't need the plan while I was traveling because everything worked out fine (happily). So I can only credit them on the ease of signing up and the very reasonable cost. I can't comment on whether it's a good plan if you have a problem.

    "If the tour operator makes any errors, that is not something travel insurance typically protects, that would be an error they typically cover. It would have to be due to an unforeseen event listed in the plan for it to have coverage under the plan."

I didn’t have to make a claim so I can’t speak on that part of the service. What I can say is that I purchased this insurance months ago for my trip and what I liked the best is that right before the trip I received at least two communications reassuring me that the insurance was on my side, that they would take care of me if anything came up. I appreciate that Insure my trip made me feel confident in my purchase. Thank you for doing good business.
