I am happy to report that we didn't need to file a claim for this coverage. Insurance provides peace of mind and a safety net in the event that something unforeseen happen to prevent you from traveling. Insure My Trip offers good coverage at a reasonable price.     Thank you for your feedback on the policy. The claims administrator is required to adjudicate claims based on the terms and conditions of the policy. This plan does not include a pre-existing conditions waiver and has a 180 day look-back period. A PRE-EXISTING CONDITION means "a Sickness or Injury during the 180-day period immediately prior to your effective date for which you or your Traveling Companion:
    (1) received, or received a recommendation for, a
    diagnostic test, examination, or medical treatment; or
    (2) took or received a prescription for drugs or medicine.
    Item 2 of this definition does not apply to a condition
    which is treated or controlled solely through the taking
    of prescription drugs or medicine and remains treated or
    controlled without any adjustment or change in the required
    prescription throughout the 180-day period before coverage
    is effective under this Policy."

What a great service! I would have paid many times more through the cruise line and received a fraction of the coverage. I checked options on line and was super impressed with the coverage and choices. I used the online chat and had the best experience ever. I got very customized care and was able to tailor a plan literally, with exactly what I wanted. I didn’t have to buy coverage I didn’t want. The agent then sent me links to all the best plans in her opinion. I ended up buying the coverage I wanted for an excellent price and immediately my wife and I had tremendous peace of mind on our vacation without breaking the bank.

HTH Worldwide Trip Protector Classic
Needed medical care while in Hamilton Bermuda. Spoke with a pleasant, patient, well informed representative who quickly directed me to the Hamilton Medical Center where I received immediate, professional care for my condition.
