Fortunately, I didn't need to use my coverage, but the peace of mind it afforded me was worth the cost. I did talk to customer service because my son wasn't feeling well in the days leading up to the trip. They were extremely helpful in explaining my options. Luckily, my son's condition improved and we were able to make our scheduled trip.
