Two days prior to our departure, we requested a supplemental letter confirming coverage under our policy for COVID-related medical expenses. An InsureMyTrip customer rep promptly contacted Generali, and within 24 hours we had our letter. No complaints, great customer service!

It was exactly what I needed...without a lot more. I have coverage for my luggage and such with my credit card. But medical is really THE issue when traveling. But this price was very low because it wasn't more than I needed!

C&F Travel Insured International Worldwide Trip Protector
We had no issues on the trip so we did not file a claim, so I can't really speak to the quality of the plan or the customer service. I will say that we had good communication from the company through the process and with the mobile app felt like if there was a problem we could make contact easily.

I have no idea how good it was since we did not have to use it, which is of course awesome. Thought it was a bit spendy to get.

We were told by the hospital that all items were covered. The people at the hospital handled all the claim information and we have not been notified that any items have not been covered. If this remains true, the whole process will be more than satisfactory. We would certainly recommend this insurance plan.

Nationwide Mutual Insurance Essential
