We had 1 of 3 bags lost for 9 days. The travel assistance company was constantly in touch with us and the air carrier with trying to locate and return the bag and their service was very good. However, the actual claim filing and processing time was lengthy and the phone representatives were not very friendly. Lastly $250 max for a day or 2 delay is ok, but for 9 days with clothing for 2 kids, $250 does not get you far clothing kids on vacation with no wash machine access.
