it's impossible to state satisfaction without filing a claim. as far as the options go it's a great deal for the money. as far as reimbursements go, thank heaven i never needed to find out! i needed to coose a star in order to submit. there should be an n/a option.

Generali Global Assistance Standard
Fortunately I did not have to use the plan, but when our initial flight was three hours leaving, the thought of having to use the insurance crossed my mind. We missed our connecting flight by mere minutes; there are no other flights from Istanbul to Rwanda, just that one per day. Luckily the airline put us up in a nice hotel and fed us, so the insurance was not needed, but it brought peace of mind to know it was there if it was needed!
