In anticipation of the Qantas shutdown we called Access America to find out specifically what might be covered. The employee didn't seem to be very knowledgeable and frequently had to consult with a supervisor, about things that we felt should be at the top of his head. After a lengthy conversation, things appeared to be straightened out and a claim form was emailed to us, which fortunately didn't need to be used, as the Qantas shut down was ended.
