We filed a claim for a travel delay - got stuck in Philly overnight. They paid without any questions within 4 weeks. On the other hand, we provided all receipts and airline’s letters, so there was not much to ask. They refused to pay $10 for extra day of long term parking saying that only food and lodging is covered. No matter how carefully you read the policy, there is always something missing; so, there have to be some reason involved.
