CSA Travel Protection
I bought a new expensive piece of luggage for this trip. When I arrived home, one of the wheels was broken off. The airline refused to take responsibility, stating they did not cover wheels. The manufacturer stated if I paid to have the luggage sent to a repair center out of state, and then shipped back to me, they would repair it. I filed a claim with little hope it would be paid, but received a check for the full price of my luggage less than a month later. Way to go! I will be a loyal customer.
