Thank you for asking. There is little I can say about the experience of making a claim. Our trip went very well and we had no need to change our plans. Therefore, we did not experience making a claim. However, I assume that all would have gone well had we needed to cancel due to urgent need. My mother is 91+ and failing...the need for the insurance.
