The claim that we made was processed fairly, but not promptly. I would suggest that anyone that is taking out a policy to obtain the medical treatment form before going on a trip since that appeared to be one of the major points of dispute with getting reimbursed. The provider just was not very willing to accept the medical statement that was provided from the ship. The second point is that one must be aware of the provisions of the policy and be prepared to remind, several times, what the contract of insurance actually states to the provider. Otherwise, the carrier will not seem to be aware what certain terms like "spouse" and "occupied same cabin" means in continually requesting the same information.
