My only complaint was when filing the claim, I keep being told different information by three different people when I called to verify that the document was the correct one to send. I even went round and round with one person who wanted me to send in my airline boarding passes. I couldn't get her to understand that the airline collects them. Plus the damage occurred on the cruise not on the plane. She was very difficult to deal with.
