I fell and broke a tooth while in a remote and rural area of Thailand just a few days before my planned return to USA. I sent an email claim to Nationwide alerting them that I could not find medical assistance where I was and would get medical/dental attention the very next day that I returned to civilization(USA). I did that and then submitted the paid bill with my claim officially to the carrier. That was just rejected on the grounds that I should have gotten emergency treatment while in Thailand, which I explained was unavailable. That is unreasonable and unfair and was a sour and dissatisfied end to me doing business with you and Nationwide.
