We had a port itinerary change, twice, before our cruise. Called Nationwide, claim form was emailed promptly, with clear instructions on what would be needed to file claim. After sailing, we submitted the claim, and were promptly paid for the full coverage amount listed on the policy. For medical reasons, our trip had to be cancelled. RoamRight was clear on documentation needed to file an on-line claim. We were thorough in what was submitted. They notified us of status of claim. Within several weeks, we had a check covering all that we had pre-paid for our trip. Very satisfied and would use again
