I have no idea if this plan was of value or not, not having tested it. I am glad I had something to back up my worries, but obviously they were unfounded (my problem, not yours.)
HOWEVER- I did find the purchase, finding the information, and the updating of money spent to be one of the most confusing tasks! I recommend you streamline your not-user-friendly website.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip to Russia and canceled the insurance I had purchased. Since it was within the 14 day review period, I was told the full premium would be refunded, and I am now waiting for the refund to show on my credit card statement.
Working with Insure My Trip was helpful and pleasant. The agent was patient and took the time to answer all of my questions and to work with me to determine the appropriate plan for my situation. The plan seemed to provide the coverage I wanted and the cost was reasonable. I would use Insure MyTrip again if insurance were needed.
If a Customer Care representative cares to contact me, I would be willing to talk with that person.

Representatives were very helpful and knowledgeable, very good at helping us figure out exactly what we needed, what was/was not covered, and how to get best price but with the right coverage for our trip to a very remote and inaccessible place. Insurance always seems expensive until you need it - luckily we did not need to put in a claim so no idea what service etc. would be like for that.

Haven't filed a claim so can't do a real evaluation. But on paper, the plan is good. It was one of just two plans that would cover complications of an existing pregnancy. They thoughtfully sent us a card with plan details, and they have a phone app with various info. (The app sends you alerts about emergency situations around the world -- would be better if only sent them for where you are or will go). They have pre-screened doctors in various countries, and can issue "guarantee of payment" so they pay the doctor directly.

Haven't filed a claim so, obviously, can't truly evaluate the plan. But on paper, what it covers is good; and when the prepaid cost of our trip went up by $250, they adjusted the coverage without any extra premium.
