Didn't use the plan but gave us peace of mind about having coverage. When you book things about 8-9 months out or more many things can happen so we wanted coverage in case we had to cancel our trip. Also you can add things as you book them which I didn't understand to begin with. So as you add/book hotels or something you call up AXA and let them know and they add it to your coverage and you are charged a little more. Liked this aspect. Will use them again.

This was my first time purchasing trip insurance, and being in the insurance business, I was thoroughly pleased with the level of coverage at a fair price.
