I will never use them again!. We purchased insurance for a trip that ended up being cancelled because of Covid so we decided to transfer the insurance to a trip to Greece we had planned forAug. 2021. Doing that, increased our premium even though the cost of the Greece trip was less. In August the cruise line cancelled the cruise. We decided to transfer it to another trip we have planned and the price of that trip was not more than Greece and now because the trip is not until Dec. 2022, they want an increase of $200. This is really outrageous, badicallyrobery and unacceptable. They have the funds from the premium we originally paid in 2020 paid that they can be using. As previously mentioned, I will never, ever use this company again.

Your representative was very patient and helpful in explaining which policy was best for me . She took care of all the details necessary for the purchase of the plan . I felt very secure knowing I was well covered should issues arise .
