Great coverage, however, like all insurance it is greatest when/if you have to make a claim. The purchase process was simple; I have to believe that the claims process would have been as rewarding.

We almost had to file a claim because our flight was cancelled. We have a niece in Baltimore so we spent night with her, and luckily made the first flight standby.

This is my first time purchasing travel insurance. Since I was going to Jamaica I wanted insurance for weather related issues. We had beautiful weather! I had a good policy but probably would not purchase travel insurance again.
