Thank goodness never needed to make a claim so I can't comment on that aspect, but we chose the plan that would most reasonably cover what we wanted at the time. I would hope had I needed it, claims would have been covered easily, but as I said, I did not need to make a claim.

Fortunately we did not have any issues so we did not have any interactions other than purchasing the coverage. It's always a relief to have the coverage though.
