We have used this site for travel insurance several times and, fortunately, have not had to file a claim. So, I just have to assume that the plan cover adequately and that there are no hitches between what I think is covered and what the agency believes it has covered.

This is the second time I've used travel insurance and both times, CSA offered the best coverage for things I cared about, at the best price. Happily, I've not needed to file a claim either time, so the lower price seemed an even better deal in retrospect. InsureMyTrip.com was a really handy way to compare plans, too.

Difficult to rate since, fortunately, we had no issues. We bought what we believed we would potentially need in the event of an incident and what we believed was at a reasonable price. That is what insurance is all about. The good news is we did not have to call upon it.
