Once I actually filed the claim, the process went very smoothly. I received email confirmation when you got my claim forms, and once they were processed. My check arrived very quickly. However, I was never able to get the online claim website to work at all. It took several very frustrating phone calls over the course of a week to finally get someone who was willing to e-mail the necessary claim forms to me. Your customer service people need customer service training!

i submitted a claim and was asked for all sorts of documentation. finally was assigned a claims adjuster who was not responsive and didn't return calls. after 3 months, finally got in touch with someone who seemed capable and was told my policy didn't cover cancellation. why did it take 3 months to get that information?
