It's easy to compare plans on your website to find exactly the type of coverage I wanted. It's just as easy to purchase the plan. I hope I never have to use the travel insurance I purchase, but if I do, I am expecting it to be just as easy to file a claim and get reimbursed.

Luckily, we did not have to file the claim. I find it helpful that a company sends reminders before the trip and lists all the important info for the client to know before going on the trip. Will definitely use them again in the future.

CSA has come through on the two occasions that we filed claims. So long as you provide the documentation they require, they are great! And so is InsureMyTrip!

Called once with an inquiry before purchasing coverage and the person on the phone seemed knowledgeable.Didn't need to use the plan so can't comment on how claims were handled, but it was nice to have the security in case anything did go wrong.

The coverage was fairly comprehensive and the price was good when compared to other providors offering the same coverage. The real test however comes when you have a claim. Since I/we did not have one (and hopefully never will) I feel my rating is incomplete.
